6. AI Interactions and Content

All calls and interactions with AI Girls are fictional and simulated. To power these experiences, our app uses the following third-party AI services:

• Deepgram (Nova-3) receives your voice audio to transcribe it into text. You can review their privacy policy at deepgram.com/privacy.
• OpenAI receives the transcribed text to generate AI responses. You can review their privacy policy at openai.com/privacy.
• ElevenLabs receives the AI-generated text response and converts it to voice audio. You can review their privacy policy at elevenlabs.io/privacy.

When you make a call with an AI Girl, your voice is sent to Deepgram Nova-3 for transcription, the transcription is sent to OpenAI to generate a response, and that response is sent to ElevenLabs to produce the AI voice you hear. Neither your voice recording nor your transcription is stored or used to train AI models without your explicit consent. By using these features, you acknowledge and consent to your interaction data being processed by Deepgram, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is intended only for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we discover such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
